Facilities The property has 2 rooms available for Bed and Breakfast: 1 x twin and 1 x double. For families, a cot is available and, by arrangement, there is an additional small child's bedroom that can be made available. Both rooms have television including one SCART socket. A family-size bathroom including bath and shower is available for exclusive guest use. Breakfast is served in the Dining Hall and is either a traditional full English or a continental-style breakfast. There is a small conservatory off the Dining Hall which is available for guest use and this gives access to the garden grounds which guests are free to use. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the property. A Fax machine is available for use, by arrangement. Parking is off-street and we can accommodate cars, vans, bikes or small coaches.     A large family home, including stables and stableyard, situated only 4.5 miles from St Andrews and 12 miles from Dundee in a beautiful conservation area of North East Fife with delightful views of the large garden and westwards to the Lomond hills. Ideally situated for those wanting to have a short holiday in the St Andrews area; for academic, student or parent visitors to the University; for golf enthusiasts (including the annual Dunhill Golf Competition and periodic British Open Golf championships held in St Andrews or Carnoustie); or for visiting contractors wanting a cheaper alternative to hotel accommodation. Availability We are open for business all year round, January to December. Prices November - March: £25pp/per night         April - October: £30pp/per night There is a £10 supplement for single occupancy.
